Your step by step guide to buying

 

 

 

  1. Upon reservation there will normally be a reservation fee to hold the apartment of around £2000. This will be paid to The developer, Croatiansun or both.
  2. The apartment will be held up to 7 days while a pre contract is drawn up. At this point we will put you in touch with the lawyer who will look over the pre contract for you and advise on any areas of change. Once pre contract is agreed you will normally have to pay a deposit (approx 10% if off plan)
  3. While the main contract is drawn up your lawyer will organise the paperwork for the formation of your Croatian company and bank account.
  4. When this is complete you will need to transfer the money you will need into you Croatian company’s bank account ready for transfer when the main contract arrives.
  5. When the main contract is raised a further payment will be due if buying off plan, or if buying a completed property, full balance.
