We have many investment opportunities for acquiring land and projects. Any build in Croatia requires a building permit and this process, along with initially acquiring land can be quite lengthy.
In our opinion, sometimes it can be far more cost effective to purchase either a completed project direct from the developer or a project which is not built but has all planning permits in place. This way the project can be sold off plan quickly maximising profits.
It is possible that the time it may take waiting for permits on some land sites you could have turned over 2 – 3 projects buying and re selling.
